For a CDL Class A, B, or C or CDL permit you must hold a US DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. A CDL Medical Exam by Dr. Marrone, or any other Certified Medical Examiner, is valid for up to 24 months. A provider might also issue a CDL Medical Card for less than 2 years when it is desirable to monitor a condition, as outlined by DOT medical regulations.

My second time with the good Doctor, and like before, absolutely STELLAR service! I’ve been getting DOT physicals for years now and I am so glad I found Dr. Marrone. He is kind, funny, warm hearted, and an all around great guy. Listen up drivers, if you need a DOT physical, this is the ONLY place you should ever go. The office is nice, the visit is quick, and almost always, he will see you the very same day. I have paid as much as $200.00 for a DOT physical in the past.
